It appears that the stage is being set for another fraudulent election.

Exact same holes in the same place are also on the ballot of an “Independent.”
Aside from seeing int the hole, the envelope paper is so thin that one can see how the voter voted right through the envelope held up to the light. I plan to slip half pieces of blank paper between the inner part of the envelope and the part(s) of the ballot where on is filling in the two circles.

To browbeat someone saying they presume sumthin sumthin when they’re just counting the cost is presumption. Then saying it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy is adding bullshiite to the equation. Count the cost before you engage in browbeating.
I think you meant to say, holes in the ballot return envelopes.

First estimate how many votes you need, then mail out 25% to D's and 75% to R's in an amount that will produce such number and finally, "misplace" all with holes. Some in both parties will say they got holes and others will say no holes.

Neither my wife, mother, friend or mine had any holes and in fact were exactly like every other absentee ballot I have received for the past eight years. Me thinks we may have a attention whore here.
Those are holes in the envelope, not the ballot. Democrats cheat through ballot harvesting, not looking through holes in envelopes.
Don’t want to mail your ballot because of a small hole on your envelope. Well, on September 14 go to your local Election Polling location and vote. (Vote YES) oops.
It should have read send 25% of the "holed" return envelopes to D's and send 75% of the "holed" return envelopes to R's. The goal would be to eliminate a calculated amount of the R vote.

Or on the other hand, it will prevent wasting time on a charade and more productively spend time on something useful, like working to restore confidence in our electoral process.
L.A. County here, three registered Republican ballots, all with the hole in the return envelope. You could be onto something.
So maybe it is not that purpose of the hole is to "peek" and see what the vote was, but that only Republican ballots are hole-punched.

I have no idea but made me think if they could tell you were taking precautions; looking at the outside of your envelope someone would know that’s probably one worth throwing away.
What is against the law is them disenfranchising our votes !
