I dropped FaceBook several years ago. I was a naive social media newbie and was horrified at the go-for-the-jugular approach employed by so many.
😬 A lot of good it did me to be selective. I was permanently banned from Twitter on January 8, 2021 with my president. I posted truth as well. Never got into a disagreement. Never tried to convince anyone to see it my way. Never sold a thing or uttered a profanity. Never threatened anyone. Not once in ten years did I ever get warned. I did get zapped for 3 days for unfollowing 100+ people who didn’t follow me back. I thought I was being tidy. ☺️ I posted the truth and asked a lot of questions. The Taliban can be on Twitter but not me.
I have a feeling FaceBook would have been even harder on me had I stayed.

I think you are right, I don’t remember the new one’s name. I was never much of a face book person.
I still have 6 days left in Facebook jail on my second 30 day suspension.

A discussion of merit brings the bans but they use a one-sided set of rules for me and ignore the same content in like minded individuals
