I don’t think it’s the Taliban, it’s China and Russia, both of those countries have been engaging with the Taliban for some time now.....in a short period of time, both countries will recognize the Taliban Government giving it a degree of status in the world, like UN membership, World Bank Loans, etc.....once that happens the mineral rights in Afghanistan can be sold off to Russia and China...
