WHY NOT IMPEACH JOE BIDEN?
vanity | BEJ

Posted on 08/17/2021 9:15:13 PM PDT by BEJ

Why don't the Republicans impeach Joe Biden? The Democrats tried to impeach Trump over a phone call. Here Biden has lied to the American public, lost the war in Afghanistan and left over 10,000 Americans to fend for their own. His only advice to them is to "go hide."

Why not impeach him? If there ever was a pretend President, who was deranged, incompetent and a criminal buffoon, it is Joe Biden. Why not impeach!

All the comments about democrats controlling the house are correct, but the truth is, republicans are anitomically incapable of such action. Unfortunately, Republicans in elected office are invertebrates, unable to stand without the mainstream media propping them up, they think. So even if they were to win back one or both houses of Congress, it isn’t likely we will see any push back.

There is no way to extricate this country from its own corruption and degradation using normal processes of government.

Even if they could get Biden nailed down on things he’s done not in the best interest of the country, he has an instant and provable defense, he just barely has enough electricity firing in his head to keep his arms and legs moving. Independent thought is a pipe dream. Then you get horizontal Harris to run the country. As bad as Biden is, that’s a step down.

The GOP only needs to turn 5 ‘Rats to get a 217-215 vote (there are only 432 elected and serving representatives at this time, with the ‘Rats having a 220-212 majority).

If Nancy Pelosi wants to be President, she could provide the votes to make this happen. Her big tech donors could arrange a wire transfer to a bank in Liechtenstein to take care of Kamala Harris.

The problem for the ‘Rats is that if they push Biden out of the WH, they lose control of the Senate, as Kamala would no longer be in a position to be the tie-breaking vote, and the GOP Senate caucus does not have to ratify her choice under the 25th Amendment to be the new VP (takes a majority vote in both houses).

Because the Republicans don’t control the House and therefore can’t impeach. If somehow the House did impeach, a conviction would not happen in the Senate because the Republicans do not have a majority there either let alone the 2/3 it takes to convict. Finally, no one (not the least the Democrats) wants Harris to be president.

Pelosi controls Congress and she won't let that happen.

Every president since Reagan has faced impeachment resolutions in Congress.

Voters get annoyed by impeachment talk. It looks more like theater than anything real.

Pardon my answer, I am in a kind of shell shocked, quasi ADHD, quasi Asperger's, unexpected cliff hanger betrayal during the final scene of the last episode of the season, mental processing frame of mind right now. This has happened to me more than once since November. I am pretty sure I am not alone here.

1. President Harris. She is both mentally competent, and incapable of the Presidency. Everything she does will be to protect herself and the party agenda that elevated Biden and her to the Oval Office. She will try to survive in a political context, no matter the cost or consequences to the nation. That would make her extremely dangerous.

2. Trump went through two phony impeachments to protect Democrats from their own corruption. The first one was because Schiff jumped the gun to protect Joe when Hunter's actions were becoming public. The second one was because the Democrats let the ANTIFA monster they created deliberately get out of control. This is the party that put Biden in office knowing full well he has second stage adult senile dementia. They created this mess, they can't get out of it without losing even more credibility.

3. Republicans for at least the last ten years were largely complacent opposition to the Democrats. They lack the unity of purpose the Democrat side has. To get rid of Biden and show real backbone now will only remind people how they sold out Trump for four years then sealed the deal with the election - especially YOU Senator Graham. They are as much to blame for this as the Democrats.

4. Biden's handlers are still handling him.

5.Remember Mattis? The Marine who was well respected on FR? He quit after Trump found out the truth and made decisions bypassing him. Trump had to put up with a military that wanted to fight battles in wars it did not know how to win or secure any kind of stable peace or armistice. If they army shows real leadership in Afghanistan, it will remind people, they were selective about it under Trump.

6. Getting rid of Biden in a display of selective competency would show how corrupt the entire U.S. government. It would give a clear reminder to the voters of how they were screwed over in November and are being screwed over now.

Harris would bail, she doesn't really want people to see and watch her .... she likes the dark.

Pelosi's too drunk and stupid and would also bail.

I don't know who would be next, but I'd LOVE for Trump to just drive up, get out of the car and "go in the house"

No; they are not “too timid”. They would never want to do it. The Uniparty is the Uniparty. Take note of how they were just fine with impeaching Trump even though they voted to acquit twice.
