She’s probably a candidate for the monoclonals. Check with her doc, don’t delay. Time is of the essence.
For what it’s worth, the past several years I had to care for, and act as the advocate for several elderly relatives. Sometimes you have to push the system to make sure that your loved one gets the care she needs. Don’t worry about anyone’s feelings: push and demand and be that advocate if she isn’t able to fully advocate for herself. Left to its own devices, Medicare wants you in hospice the minute you get really sick.

These are the orders I see for patients admitted with COVID (we had about 5 last week):
1) Zinc 50mg daily
2) Vitamin D 5000units daily
3) Vitamin C 500mg daily
Now for prophylaxis, I would cut the vitamin D to 1000-2000 units daily, and maybe the zinc every other day.
BTW, one of our patients was admitted while taking Ivermectin prior to admission; it didn't prevent her from getting sick enough to get admitted though.

Perhaps contact her doctors?
Getting medical advice from the internet with a history of Lung CA isn’t the best idea.
A lot of blanket advice out there, but her doctor knows her medical history better than anyone.
She should see her primary or cancer doctor in my opinion.

Dr. Coates, a family physician in Sachse, Texas has a recommended supplement protocol. He is also a great source of straightforward, non-hysterical information about COVID. Here's his most recent post:
Dr.Coates Facebook post
You need to sroll down toward the end of his post where he lists the supplements he recommends.
Praying for your aunt.

I should also say that all the patients admitted (age range 36 - 88) needed Remdesivir for at least 3 days before being discharged.
One patient (older) wasn't doing well and needed at least one dose of Actemra.

You need to find out if in your State being exposed to a COVID positive person is enough to get the infusion.
Some places it appears to work that way.
If it is not enough then she needs to find out from her Dr’s office the protocol that will kick in if she tests positive.
Getting the infusion has been very problematic for some people

Monoclonal AB are obviously the top shelf.
Ivermectin, assuming the doctor is not an idiot
As far as “stuff normal people can get”
Any statin (e.g., Crestor) greatly slows progression and viral load at the higher doses. (This is because the virus requires LDL to “open” cell doors.)
Aspirin (full dose, assuming not on blood thinners)
Vit C
Vit D
Zinc
Circumin
Quercetin/HCL
