A great, albeit technical, review of the biochemical issues that NAC addresses (Med Cram video):
For lay people, it’s probably best to jump to the seven minute mark, but it still stays somewhat technical at that point.

Thank you JL!
I’ve been taking it with Quercitin, K2, and some other suppliments.
The only thing I notice is an occasional cough in the morning.
Neck????
I’ve given gallons of MucoMyst over my career....
This is great stuff, really give it a try for bronchitis and chest congestion
TPTB seem to be trying to remove it ( and other health supplements) from public access by calling it a medicine…already removed from order by compliant Amazon but you can get it from other online sources
Anything that helps vs covid that this FDA doesnt want you to have…is probably worth stocking
Do you take a prescription for any condition?
I know many people take quercetin every day. That, too, can have negative effects at a constant high intake. The FLCCC encourages only a 250 mg dose once a day as a preventative and twice a day if infected.
I bought NAC over a year ago. J.I.C.
I still have some. In fact, I still have a bottle in my desk drawer right next to me along with zinc and quercetin.
Most of these provide some other health benefits besides antiviral, so I figure why not.
“Neck?”
My typo during corrections.

I need to get some quercetin because it’s supposed to help with hardening of the veins aka atherosclerosis.
Do you have a coronary calcium score?
No insurance so I haven’t been officially diagnosed but it does run in the family and as of last year I have calf pain after walking and a short rest solves it. They call that intermittent claudication. My mom had the same thing.
Thank you!
