In this study...the team tested a panel of already licensed drugs – including fenofibrate – to identify candidates that disrupt ACE2 and Spike interactions...Importantly, reduction of infection was obtained using concentrations of the drug which are safe and achievable using the standard clinical dose of fenofibrate.

I am going to buy some from AMZ today. They have several versions of Xclear. Which one did you buy?
My husband has sinus issues and the first time he used the regular formula he was in the bathroom blowing his nose so both formulas open the sinuses.
They also have it in sinus rinse for a Neti Pot but get this type (regular) or the max.
thanks. Done deal, will be here Sunday
According to the article it is proven to kill the virus. Of course it’s like everything else. It depends on how and when you use it. I use it first thing in the morning after my cup of coffee to help get rid of my sinus headache. Blow your nose first before using it.
If I know I’m going to be out in public I use it again. I’m sure it’s not as effective if you blow your nose after and blow part of it out. LOL
BTTT!.......................
Glad you’re doing better. Were you hospitalized? It sure seems that some people are susceptible no matter what precautions they take; others not at all. Individual differences but we don’t understand it well.
These treatments have been proven successful, with clinical trials resulting in a 70% reduction in hospitalization and death for COVID patients.”

Think I’ll add Xclear along with the Xicam I use after close public exposures.
It wouldn’t hurt since it’s drug free and would be one more in the line of defence. It’s also inexpensive.
I was taking Tricor, ivermectin, D3, and zinc and still got the Wuhan Delta variant that almost did me in. I wonder what the result would have been had I not been taking these adjunct drugs before I got the damn Chinese made virus?
Taking excess vitamin D reduces vitamin K. People with low vitamin K do worse if they get the wuhan coronavirus.
Dr Kory and most people who use Ivermectin use it with other things.
A recent study showed that Quercetin helps.
We don’t have a treatment. We don’t have any effective vaccines.
Do you think Dr Kory’s treatment doesn’t work?
Groups at higher risk have more stored iron. So it’s obvious to test something that removes iron from the body. Some claim Quercetin does so, and it was useful against a previous coronavirus. Recently, Italian researchers showed that it also works against the wuhan coronavirus.
Maybe men who removed blood regularly to keep their ferritin at about 70 ng/ml are less likely to get a severe case of the wuhan coronavirus.
In June I had a vitamin D level ran on me with my other blood parameters and it was quite low and is why I have been taking it. I get rechecked in a few weeks and will see if my kidneys and other organs were affected by the Wuhan episode.

What dosage were/are you taking [in IUs]?
They won't be able to tell you.
Also, the amount of fat that you're carrying can inhibit vitamin D absorption [D is fat soluble].
I take 5,000 IU / day and have for about 5 years. Plus incidental amounts from food, multivitamin, solar exposure, etc. And get enough vitamin K from eggs every day.
A while ago I read that 2 Pfizer were $35, and 2 Moderna were $25, J&J $10 or $15, and AstraZenica around $4. Of course Pfizer and Moderna need extreme cold. The difference may be costs for the medicine versus medicine plus medical service. For example $144 might be what an HMO can charge for treating their members.
By way of comparison, the costs of medication for the original Dr. Zelenko 3 part protocol was $20 for a 5 day treatment course. On the other hand, once the White House including Dr. Fauci had thoroughly confused the Zelenko information, Dr. Fauci was pushing for Remdesivir, at around $3,000 to insurance providers for a course of treatment. You think the Big Pharma/Health Complex will supersede the Military/Industrial Complex???
