It depends on which corrupt judge gives his opinion in a lawsuit.
You will be fired or you will quit. Better to put your claims on the record for future use.
And the cumulative hassle of dealing with thousands of legal claims, class action lawsuits etc, may serve as a counterweight against the top-down mandatory jab policies.
There has to be a price paid by the corporations, to make them reconsider.
My posting history over the last 18 months here on FR should be sufficient to tell everyone where I stand on this.
1. I have no problem with private companies imposing these vaccine requirements on their employees. In fact, I think private companies should be free to engage in many practices that would be considered illegal in the U.S. today.
2. Any employer that requires vaccines like this is absolutely crazy, in my humble opinion.
3. I would never work for such an employer. I can understand why someone would take a different approach if they really needed the job badly, but in my circumstances I wouldn't even bother writing letters or considering legal action. I'd tender my resignation and walk out the door as soon as I was notified about the stupid vaccine requirement.
4. I have no relationship with Dr. Mengele, Anthony Fauci, or any other Nazi quack "doctor."
5. Any "profit" I get from Big Pharma comes from indirect investments through mutual funds, IRAs, etc.
I gotta laugh at all this hand-wringing from you, of all people. I still remember all the scare-mongering and fear porn you were posting on FR back in March 2020 -- that helped precipitate all the public hysteria and the idiocy we've seen from government and the media since then.

Vaccine Mandates are coming, a business is not going to care about laws when they see the full force of the Federal and some State governments backing them up.
Violating the law means nothing if the local, State and Federal governments refuse to prosecute such violations, such as what Antifa and Black Lives Matter have done over the past year.
Unless a hundred-thousand armed citizens march on Washington D.C. to hang or shoot these S.O.B.’s, nothing is going to change and I don’t see this happening soon.
If you are not wanting these shots/Gene Therapies/Vaccines, then you need to figure out what you plan to do when a business demands you have them.
That decision will depend on your resources, capabilities, attitude, etc, but this you should be starting to do now for you and your family if necessary.

The answer to that is unknown until decided by a court, and even then the answer is not “known” with certainty.
It’s a complicated issue too, involving what conditions employers can impose on employment,e.g., gun free zone does NOT create liability of any sort.
There is also the factor of illusory medical and religious exemptions.
I’m not normally big on personal injury lawyers, but I hope these lawyers devour these corporations with their fascistic hysterical covid vaccine policies like Great White sharks chowing down on baby seals.

However, in most cases, your litigation must begin in a special federal court.
If you are dissatisfied with the compensation - if any - issued by that court, you may directly sue the defendants listed above.

One can pretty well infer that occurred with the the very odd stance the CDC has taken on people who have recovered from Covid; acting as if naturally acquired immunity is not an established fact. Instead, claiming without evidence, that natural immunity is somehow not as good as that provided by the vaccines.
One has to ask why the push to “immunize” someone who is already immune. Two nefarious possibilities exist.
One is pure profit. They want *no* exemptions based on a simple blood test, to people getting the shot, because perhaps over half the US population already has natural immunity. Can’t go chopping those Pfizer profits in half, can we.
The second possibility is they know natural immunity is durable so they want to fold that population into the population receiving the vaccines to inflate the real-world effectiveness of the vaccine. This also voids any possibility of a control group of naturally immunized people to compare infection rates with.
I suspect, however, these best laid plans have already gone awry, unexpectedly. They didn’t take into account the possibility of ADE, and now we’re beginning to have comparison statistics between infection rates for vaccinated and unvaccinated. And when you look not at the aggregate numbers, but the recent infection stats, it’s showing the vaccines are ineffective. This is also a reason why they want to force the vaccine on everyone to destroy the unvaccinated as a control group.

This has to be the biggest scam/shakedown ever to be put on people by their government.

That pretty much sums up employers right now.
The FDA allowed the Pharm companies to use the vaxs on an emergency basis only. Included in that “approval” is a provision that no Pharm can be sued for anything. No liability.
