So this whole idea of trying to mandate an investigational vaccine that’s having a terrible safety rollout – it’s basically a biological disaster, is going nowhere.
And I think what you’re going to see, is you’re going to see the will of the people say, “Forget it.”
The will of the people is going to break this thin veil of regulatory autocracy. It’s not going to work.
Just like the regulators were completely inept in early treatment and early management of Hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin, the drugs, they’re equally as inept on vaccine safety."

Employees who are being forced to get the jab, in my opinion, should stall and make excuses for as long as possible. There have been threads here with a lot of good advice. Ultimately, the company might choose to fire people — but I don’t really think we will see much of that. Time is on our side. We just need more people to realize that resistance is possible.
As is typical of Americans, we are resistant to tyranny, but there are still a lot of people who believe everything coming out of DC or tech media. I’m praying for an end to this dark cloud, but I suspect we are only beginning to see the depth of the storm.
Literally, he might be right. I wouldn't be so sure figuratively.

Well, the safety argument is hard to make without actually having completed safety trials to look at. We can look at reports of adverse effects but that’s not controlled data of the kind that we can point to and say “hey this is worse than XXX vaccine was”.
However, the efficacy argument is indisputable now. Even the most pro-vaccine governments have reluctantly admitted the vaccines are not effective because they just can’t hide the fact that the vaxxed are still getting infected and spreading the disease, as much as, if not more than, the unvaxxed. If they are not effective, and we know they can’t be 100% safe, then the argument is over.
And due to the India/Delta outbreak, Philadelphia is telling vaxxed folks they don’t need masks, and unvaxxed folks that they do need masks:

Yet there’s outbreaks among vaxxed folks.
So much for vaxx effectiveness ..
They can and they will make some highly publicized examples of some people in order to terrorize the rest. It is a time-tested practice for imposing rule over the masses.
Wholesale firings will happen too. Once. A group of blacklisted employees will target a convenient executive of the organization that does this and no other organization will try it.
There will be vicious persecution of a few dissidents under newly enacted "Hate Speech" and "Misinformation" regulations.
As the deaths and injuries from the mRNA treatment continue to accumulate the "mandates" for such treatments will become irrelevant. They will not be rescinded, they will simply remain unenforced.
But what about the MILITARY who have no rights?

I sincerely hope you’re right. My hubby has until the 18th of October to get it without a medical/religous exemption. I DO NOT want him to get it. He told me this morning he’d get it if he had to to protect his pension so I would be taken care of if anything happens to him. Made me cry.
Around 3 - 4 million Americans each week are getting vaccinated. Claims made here are clearly overblown. Numbers will climb faster as people watch their neighbors and family members get sick, and again as FDA approvals for Pfizer and Moderna materialize.
They will never admit they have been wrong. Too much liability.

I’m sorry to hear that. I’m no lawyer, but you might want to check around and see if a company can fire someone and seize their pension over this thing. That seems like an HR nightmare to me.
He’s a state worker here in Washington, so not sure if they can do that. The union sent out an email this morning that they’re looking into it. Can only hope they raise such a stink that our asshole gov Inslee backs down. Fingers crossed. Also looking into religious/medical exemptions.
