The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated, you’ll be solving them all within a few days. If you’re stumped, take a break and return to it.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and how you made out.
You can certainly send your solution to my private reply, or if you need a hint for today’s Cryptogram ASK THE GROUP FOR HELP!
I suggest printing these out and work them on paper. If you need a little help you can copy and paste it to Hal’s Helper below.
You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper, but I recommend that you do NOT look at the letter counter.
One last request. Feel free to post a fun or clever clue, the more tangential to the quotation the better, but please don’t put the actual words of the quote in the clue.
From the Arkansas Democrat Gazette

4 minutes is good

Sorry, I missed yesterday's CG. Needed a break. Today's puzzle should be quick and easy for most of you, starting with the most frequent letter and going from there rapidly. But here's a bonsai for a helpful clue,....if you need it...
Given the date, your clue is most a propos.
That saying, frankly, makes little sense.

Might make sense if the author was trying to justify illegal immigration....I have no idea what the intent was.
I thought it meant that we had to get out of our “comfort zone” to realize our full potential.
But then again, whaddo I know?
Just over a minute. By luck.
Most common letter.
Word 6.
Letter pattern plus grammar gives words 2 and 5.
Words 1 and 3.
Word after the comma.
Off to the races.
Excellent clue nikos1121. :-)
BTW, anyone know whats up with FR since yesterday? When I browse ‘comments’ the comments do not show. I can only see them when I am looking at the individual thread pages. ????

4:20.88 I found this one difficult. Been away on vacation in Maine for few days.
It’s the analogy that made no sense.
I think his meaning is, many have to move or transplant themselves to another location/town/state in order to find their true potential or blossom.
