Night Court was (and still is) one of my all time favourite shows. Even though the era that featured Karen Austin and Ellen Foley and above all, Selma Diamond was the better time for that show, Markie was also very good. RIP.

“Night Court” was, with “WKRP”, a haven for intelligent comedy. Sure, Dan Fielding & Herb Tarlick were both stock characters to start but the actors & writers grew them very well!

I don’t pay attention to “celebrities”, but I remember her unusual first name. Seem to recall a photo, from the Clinton Infestation, of Markie and some other skank jumping on the bed in the Lincoln Bedroom.

Her tv Dad let Dan Fielding stay at her apartment. He tells her during court. She gets this worried look on her face and looks over at Dan. He opens up his briefcase and pulls out a pair of her underwear and grins at her.
Funny show.
