Vitamin D was a key factor back in 2020. Repeating as if news.
I have been consistent in taking vitamin D, zinc, NAC, Quercetin and Magnesium for some time. Keep Ivermectin, HCQ and a z-pac if I ever have any symptoms. So far the last 14 months or so, no issues.
Makes me glad my doctor recommended a Vitamin D supplement.

There are several extremely basic things the CDC could have suggested to help people’s immune systems. All of them simple and safe. Get outside for at least 20 minutes a day to get fresh air and sunshine. Exercise, even moderately for a half hour a day. Walk. Bike. If you’re overweight, adjust your diet to eat more healthy whole foods and less processed food. None of this is specific to preventing Covid, but it’s all to bring your level of health up and improves your life. Treat your body well.
Drink milk, go outside.
I tried to have my doctor write me a prescription for a convertible, but she wouldn’t.

hard to OD on D3 as long as Parathyroids are working because they control the conversion of D3 to the active form ...
it take 10,000 units a day, and my D3 was recently tested as being right in the middle of the “normal” range ...
I heard they were taking NAC off shelves and purchased a dozen bottles have been taking NAC from day one part of the regimental supplements my neurologist put me on. I have an immune disorder that has been in remission for about 7 months now he told me under NO circumstances to take this vax he just doesn’t have enough data of how it effects immune disorders!! My doc is FURIOUS over NAC being removed as a supplement he has NEVER seen the government over ride Dr. decisions for their patients!! He has been outraged over Dr.’s being banned from prescribing HCQ and invermectin he has patients with Lupus that have been on HCQ for decades AND NOW what he has to go through to keep them on these meds has been ridiculous!! I got the HCQ and invermectin through an Indian pharmacy just in case HOWEVER my doc has hundreds of patients with immune disorders EVERYONE on D3, C, Quercetin, Zinc and NAC not ONE SINGLE patient has contracted CV19 yet as of one week ago when I saw him!! My doc is in research at UCLA med center he is very skeptical of the vax AND has not taken it himself!!
