easy to remedy:

10,000 units D3 from a good source like bluebonnet fish-liver-oil-derived D3:

hard to OD on D3 as long as Parathyroids are working because they control the conversion of D3 to the active form ...

it take 10,000 units a day, and my D3 was recently tested as being right in the middle of the “normal” range ...

If you have excess vitamin D, a normal increase of the parathyroid hormone causes excess activation.

Excess vitamin D reduce vitamin k and gamma tocopherol.
