The Biden administration filed an emergency motion last night in a bid to pause a court order that would require the U.S. to reinstate the Remain-in-Mexico border policy over the weekend.
Reviving the Trump-era policy in that timeframe is "nearly impossible," officials said.
David Shahoulian, a top DHS official overseeing border policy, said the recent court order would force the administration to implement Remain-in-Mexico "in perpetuity" since the U.S. government does not have the operational capacity to detain all migrants and asylum-seekers.
Top State Department official Ricardo Zuniga said the U.S. can't implement the Trump-era asylum policy unilaterally, noting it would be impossible to do so without the "support and material collaboration of Mexico."
He added that Mexico would need to care for returned migrants.
In another declaration, top immigration court official Daniel Weiss said the revival of the Remain-in-Mexico program would be logistically challenging and exacerbate the historic 1.3 million case backlog in the U.S. immigration court system.

“That’s utter BS,” Moulton said Tuesday during a press conference in Salem.
“I mean, don’t tell me that Afghans don’t want to leave when there’s been a backlog of Special Immigrant Visa applications for over a decade,” he said. “Don’t tell me they don’t want to leave when they’re literally clinging to airplanes to try to get out of this country. That was the single part of the president’s speech that I not only disagreed with but I thought was just utter BS.”

What everyone should already know: They don’t care about us.
How odd, a couple days ago there was nothing available other than the wrong song, and now there are four explicit ones and one regular I guess you would call it.
No I was looking for the regular one. I guess Amazon decided it couldn’t handle not making money so it caved on its principles a bit.
I’m going to go download it before they pull it!

I noticed 2 of the explicit ones (the 99 cent ones) say ‘by Austin Lewis featuring Aaron Jones’ and have 2 or 3 star ratings. I think that’s a version someone uploaded and is probably the ‘fake’ one.
The other ones have reviews dating back to July 2 when it was released, so not sure why it was missing.
