Will the Epigenetic process of methylation block the mRNA from replicating the DNA that produces the Spiked Protein?

In 2003 Randy Jirtle at Duke University used 4 B vitamins to block the DNA transcription process of Agouti Mice that were genetically predisposed to cancer, diabetes and obesity. It blocked the transcription of aberrant DNA utilizing a protein sleeve that blocked the replication process.

The unusual thing was that the offspring of the pregnant mice who were fed the supplements did not have the negative attributes and neither did the next generation.

I have been fighting fatigue and severe cramping ever since my J&J vaccine, after having Covid in January 2020. I started on the mega B vitamins, and it appears to have cleared the symptoms.

Only one reason. I travel a lot and knew it was needed.

I had to get a copy of my vaccine certificate from the CDC to stay in hotels in Europe recently.

It truly had to be presented with my passport in several countries for entrance.

When I returned a few days ago, they would not accept the vaccine certificate for entry into the US. Only a negative Covid test within 3 days was accepted to board the plane.

I refused to take the Pfizer and Moderna as they used mRNA. The J&J used a modified adenovirus.

Adenovirus is a virus of the adenoids. They are behind the sinuses.

Milk from plastic containers absorb some plastic. What kind of container was it? A gallon jug is usually HDPE, which typically doesn’t cause problems.

I agree with Dave Wright above...

DNA makes mRNA that makes proteins in the ribosome.

Thus mRNA does not change DNA as the process does not work in reverse.

The B vitamins may influence the process in other ways, but not through epigenetic methylation as that works only on the DNA.

The mRNA in the vaccine is not produced in the DNA. It’s synthetic. So the vaccine mRNA goes into the cells ribosomes to produce the spiked proteins and does not even enter the nucleus where the DNA is contained.

These spiked proteins act as antigens to trigger the immune response.

There’s little greater proof that the vaccines are garbage intended to make some people and companies a lot of money, and to pacify the great bulk of the population. If they actually worked, then you wouldn’t have needed the Covid test.

Despite one part of the government having some sense and using actual science, other parts don’t - witness the mass immigration of illegals and the transport of many infected people to every state in the Union. Perhaps you should have claimed to be from El Salvador and wanted to vote for Biden and Harris?

RNA vaccines can be divided into traditional mRNA-based vaccines and self-amplifying mRNA (SAM) vaccines. Their basic principle is to use the host cell’s transcription system to produce target antigens to stimulate adaptive immunity.

The difference is that the former contains only the target antigen gene and cannot replicate itself; the latter encodes the engineered genome of the RNA virus, which contains the virus’s non-structural protein gene and the antigen gene that replaces the structural protein gene.

The resulting RNA can express antigenic genes at a high level due to the amplification effect of the RNA template, and these replicons cannot produce infectious virions because they delete the gene of the structural protein of the virus, and cannot spread to the adjacent cells.
