Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

The process was extremely thorough with multiple counts of the same ballots to eliminate any doubt about the numbers when the final results are released. The right PT makes all the difference IMHO.
I am testament to that, having had some serious back issues in the recent past that were dealt with through some more hands-on therapy along with the right stretches and strengthening exercises. It is a long road, but if you do your “homework” and keep at it, it does get better.
Prayers are appreciated. The first doctor did x-rays and said nothing was broken but I had “torn” (not ruptured) all of the tendons and ligaments in the foot. The only thing he told me that was right was when I laughed and said “oh good, nothing broken”. He laughed right back and said “honey, before these tendons heal you will wish you had broken the foot”. He put me in a cam boot but didn’t say when to get out of it. No physical therapy. When I called and said it wasn’t getting better he said to come in and have shots put in the tendons. Instead I found a PT on my own and started going to him. He said whatever I do don’t let any doctor put shots in the tendons.
Well, he helped me a lot but eventually said I needed to get another opinion. I went to my daughter’s foot doctor. He said I had CRPS even though the only symptom of that was an occasionally cold foot and lower leg.
The PT referred me to the specialist in Knoxville after rolling his eyes about quack doctor #2. After MRI’s and more x-rays she said the tendons had healed but they healed too short and tight. The foot was cold from non-use. I had developed arthritis in the cuboid joint from the trauma. I was just flat-footing around to avoid the pain. My toes were swollen from not bearing any weight. The leg atrophied for the same reason. She sent me for the nerve conduction test and said that the nerve that runs under my ankle bone and works the muscles in the back of my leg had been traumatized and was also being yanked on by the shortened tendons and muscles. She gave me a laceup brace for when I work outside on unlevel ground and told me to wear it on rough ground or long walks but not all the time because the foot and ankle need to work. She said the brace inside a high top hiking or work boot would be best so I do that outside if I’m pushing the mower, running the garden tiller, etc., and especially if the arthritis from the trauma is acting up.
Back to the PT. What a trip! Anyway, it works a lot better now with the stretching exercises and more weight bearing. She didn’t think much of the two previous foot doctors. Neither did the PT. He said all they are good for most of the time is trimming toenails and treating toe fungus. LOL
