The right PT makes all the difference IMHO.
I am testament to that, having had some serious back issues in the recent past that were dealt with through some more hands-on therapy along with the right stretches and strengthening exercises. It is a long road, but if you do your “homework” and keep at it, it does get better.
The PT I went to was recommended by my granddaughter. She’s a PTA in Chattanooga and he was one of her instructors in college. He has an office but mostly works out of his house. He also helps through email and video conferencing. If I hadn’t gone to him on my own I’d be in much worse shape.
