Not that I am aware of!!! We used to point BB guns at cars in the 1950’s when I was young and dumb.. My buddy shot out the back window of a Milk truck once.. Boy did he get in trouble. This was a daisy BB gun not a pellet gun..

There have been several folks arrested in the Houston area for pointing guns at folks on the freeways around here, except these were real guns and not toys, one genius even fired at a guy a couple of times.
But its Houston, and its a sketchy place at times with all of the illegals / gang bangers and the various ward denizens everywhere.

When I was a pup, we amused ourselves by drinking a bottle of soda pop hidden under a brown paper bag while driving about town.
When the cops pulled us over, we peeled off the bag to reveal the bottle and all had a good laugh. Sometimes, the cops weren't amused, but we always were.
