"Men are dumb" is a gross generalization obviously but a pretty universal, innocuous claim by many women when talking about guys. It's tantamount to locker room talk or opinions about guys when girls get together to gab. I see nothing wrong with it at all.

I'm a guy and I think our gender has more than our fair share of dumb guys. "Men are dumb" is not hate speech.

It's a problem with FB, not women or this woman in particular.

If a guy said women are ditzy, is that hate speech or just talking in generalities?

I'd bet the person who put this gal on double probation is a woosie guy who is triggered easily by anything that offends his manhood.

Working for FB as a hate language screener is not exactly rocket science. Just proves the gal's point to me.

We were watching old programs on METV with the closed captions on. We noticed that some words had parts of them Xd out.

The MeTV automatic close caption algorithms are so aggressively censoring four letter words and other politically correct offensive words it can be very amusing. I once saw it render the oral introduction of “The Dick van Dyke Show” as “The XXXX van XXXX Show” and the words “suspicion” (your example) and “cocktail” on Perry Mason as “suXXXXion” and XXXXtail”. I saw a western where a fellow was warned “don’t XXXX that gun where they can hear you”… and an old movie where a child was talking about petting her cat, which came out “petting my cute little XXXXX cat…”
