JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UF Health has announced the passing of Dr. Leon L. Haley Jr., the UF Health Jacksonville CEO.
Dr. Haley was the first Black CEO of UF Health.
He played a pivotal role in getting the COVID-19 vaccine rolled out in Jacksonville, especially in the Black community.
Dr. Haley became the first person vaccinated in Florida against COVID-19 in December of last year.
He said when he received the vaccine he wanted to help Black people who are hesitant about getting the vaccine.
Dr. Haley supported Black faith leaders and helped tell Back people the science is safe for them to get the vaccine.
Action News Jax just spoke with Dr. Haley on Friday, July 23, in a community health briefing that discussed vaccination rates, vaccine hesitancy and COVID-19 variants.

“We do not have specific details of his passing at this time. We ask that you respect the privacy of Dr. Haley’s family, friends and colleagues at UF Health,” according to the statement.
Makes me very suspicious. The facts will soon come out but the way it reads is “he died in an unnatural way since being injected with the vaccine”.
I’ve seen reports here in Jacksonville the death was an accident and might have had something to do with boating

There are reports online, unconfirmed reports, that he was on a jetski and died resulting from accident while on it.
Given the gentleman was the head the University of Florida’s health system, suppose it might not have been an accident or CoupFu vaccine related...
He must have gotten the real jab. The time bomb.
If it wasn’t related to the vaccine/Wuflu they would say so. Therefore, it’s due to vaccine/Wuflu....

Agreed. There’s no way the hospital wouldn’t have said it was a jet ski or whatever else, if that’s what it was. They’re covering it up
The good news about these vaccines—when you die there is a 100% chance you will not have died from the vaccine—even if you die a day after you take the vaccine.

Was it a Loretta Fuddy type death? Did he know something about the Clintons? Haiti?
His death does not appear to be from illness since he gave an interview just two days ago.
People die of heart failure all the time. They speak to people and walk their dogs etc. two days before.

The man was the head of a major health system.
I wouldn’t rule out foul play.
I wonder if we will start seeing a bunch of vaccine proponents lost due to unfortunate boating accidents.
Of course you won’t die from the vax, it is 100% safe.
Natural causes…like all people who die after vaccination (at least according to the CDC)
