Veterans' disability payments stolen by courts

A vanity post with comparisons of the USSA to the USSR via Aleksander Solzhenitsyn's "Gulag Archipelago" and the treatment of disabled Veterans by "family" "courts", an explanation of how disability payments are stolen, and the reasons 'courts' operate without (in addition to above) the law - for money; specifically the Federal government's direct subsidy payments made to court systems under Social Security Sub-title IV-D funding (which actually pays State courts multiples per dollar of support collected).

I have lurked and read FR for over a decade. This is my first post - be kind please.

Having watched the former representative republic of the United States descend into a Solzhenitsyn novel, it seemed appropriate to finally open my mouth and provide an example straight out of Gulag Archipelago.

Should you be familiar with Part I, please recall that young Aleksander was a Russian officer serving on the front. One of his colleagues 'ratted him out' for making a Politically Incorrect statement (yes, THAT is where the phrase originated, in communist Russia, no wonder it's Bill Maher's show title).

The author then sets to describing in detail the insane gesticulations of a corrupt judiciary, fed by corrupt attorneys (or those too obtuse to comprehend their part), organized for the sole purpose of enslaving innocent victims, or worse working them to death. The Nazis were pikers compared to the tens of millions murdered in Russia.

But, we already know all this, yes? And why recite it now?

Having just re-read his excellent tome, it struck me that 100 years after he recorded what was going on in communist Russia, the EXACT SAME THING is practiced with abandon in the USSA.

Now, mind you, the modern version doesn't require manpower organized in phalanxes to dig trenches or reap wheat but under the 'organs' are nonetheless hell-bent on extracting every last indentured dollar from the new millennium's Kulaks.

The difference? Gulags in the USSA do not require train transport to arrive. Anywhere that a lawyer exists, the organs of the gulag system in the USSA already function to enslave.

This is, after all FR, which demands vanity authors at least post an objective basis for their rant. Here's the link:

The thumbnail version:

Despite the Constitution (the original document) containing proscriptions preventing US Veterans from having disability payments for war injuries stripped from them, the National Bar, particularly the Family Lawyers, have spent decades doing just that. The link provides a detailed case synopsis of one of the latest State Supreme Court filings to put a stop to the matter.

In the interim, disabled Veterans continued to lose their homes, their savings, their relatives' savings, and be incarcerated by "FAMILY" "LAWYERS"; lawyers who, laughably, are supposedly sworn to uphold the same Constitution that Veterans have fought to defend.

The parallels are uniquely shocking. As the Vernona Transcripts described and the shoe pounder stated, we have been consumed from within, Comrade.

If you are or know a disabled Veteran fighting to maintain dignity in the lawless world of 'family' 'court', be sure to read the shocking and common information to learn what you're truly up against.

If you're contemplating suicide, please know, all is NOT LOST. There are people, experienced people, that will help you - as hard as it may be, find it within yourself to trust a little again and reach out. WE CARE.

As a landlord I am under the impression that a tenant judgement cannot result in garnishment of any disability monies of a tenants.

What lets the system do this while denying valid civil judgments the same?

I sympathize with your predicament.
My son is in the same boat. His ex
sits on her lazy butt waiting for
those monthly payments. Not all
monies collected for the kids is
solely spent for their needs. Mom

Uh, the VA will not recognize any state orders pertaining to disability payments.

They will send to the vet only.

The cases involve child support. Quit trying to make it out to be anything else

Having just had an "in person" hearing with the VA I can attest to the infernal policy of falling back on "The law"

To which I commented to the infallibility of the law by stating that there was a law in North Carolina that you could not beat your wife with a stick over 3 ft long after 9 PM, and that Slavery was legal as well.

And to their credit I was told unequivocally that the cancer I've had (one of three) for 11 years was cured (not a doctor hearing my case) and my disability was thereby reduced from 100% to 40%. Ya that was my continued interaction with the VA.

If you took the time to read, they released the monies and the person parked it in his Credit Union. The State then took the monies. The man filed suits, and the courts ruled that the States could not take the monies owed from the VA, but the minute they were transferred into the recipients hands, THEN they could take it. Thus turning law on its ear. They can’t force the Feds to give it to them, but the individual, bend him over and take him up the foglixm.

They do this while paying billions to illegals, and legal immigrants who ran to America to be free from bad treatment in another country. They NEVER get any monies back, but if you are American they will hound you to the gates of hell.

I personally got divorced and the judge set my child support at $376 per month. I was making $6 an hour at the time. The State decided I should pay $976 per month. I said of course that I would not pay that. I continued paying the Judges proscribed amount and kept receipts. The case finally was decided in 1998 from the original in 1988. I had to pay the entire amount of $976 times 12 months times 16 years. No credit was given for what I had paid, no notice was accepted that a Divorce Court had set my Child support at the original amount.

They made me sign a waiver of statue of limitations, and a promissory note to pay the balance of $19,000 at a rate of $376 a month plus another $100 until the debt was satisfied. My parents died, they threw aside the signed agreement and attached a lien and took the money from the sale of their house. They completely rewrote every legal contract we engaged in until they got everything.

Any differences in amounts owed and time to pay are due to me paying many times more per month, and throwing chunks of money to them. At the time I felt like going postal on these people. The government is evil, and has been for some time. Fathers are totally destroyed in court, and it is very hard to build a life after divorce.
