I quit them because of AWS and Parler.
That’s a good solution.
I haven’t missed Amazon one iota.

Amazon is AWESOME!!!
You can find anything there, and read ratings from thousands of purchasers/users.
And then, once you've decided the exact product you want... you can go straight to the manufacturer and purchase it from them.
Jeff Bezos can go straight to hell, and I love screwing his awful, monopolistic, serfdom business.

You decided to do business with them.
You know what to do if you do not want to continue the relationship any more.

OMG I can not believe you are STILL using Amazon, I closed my account MONTHS ago I was addicted and I found I don’t miss them at all!! I found that ALL other businesses offer free shipping AND 2 day delivery, I spent THOUSANDS at Amazon!! Get the hell away from Amazon and help to save our nation!!

Living on Whidbey Island we shop Amazon a lot as well as Costco.com. We have been Amazon customers forever and never had an issue that wasn’t resolved to our satisfaction or better.

Amazon charged me $144 shipping on 3 books. The are idiots to deal with. My resoulution policy now is to badmouth them when possible and to never order anything form them again.

I shop and compare at Amazon. Then I buy from someone else. It’s liberating using them to research what I want and not paying them a cent. I don’t really need anything by tomorrow.

Oh yes... This was first coined by Microsoft and AT&T. “We have all legal rights and you as a customer have none, you cannot even sue us if you agree to and accept or use service”.
WHY THE HELL WOULD ANY DUMMY AGREE TO THIS???

Amazon is at the point where they think they are too big to have to worry about customer satisfaction. There have been other companies in the past who learned the hard way that all it takes is someone or some company with enough capitol to take your customer base away from you by providing the same kind of service you use to employ which made you what you are. I think WalMart could do it, or heaven forbid a Chinese company could do it and with the backing of the Chinese government they could cut off Amazon’s access to China’s cheap goods and that alone would be the end of Amazon and the rise of “Yangtze”.

“...dispute resolution by the courts.”
Amazon just doesn’t want to deal with disputes and doesn’t want any customer to think about it.
