Living on Whidbey Island we shop Amazon a lot as well as Costco.com. We have been Amazon customers forever and never had an issue that wasn’t resolved to our satisfaction or better.
I lived on Bainbridge Island when AMZ first started selling books and I was one of their first customers. Great fun back then, users could talk to each other. .Live in Spokane now. I’ve been buying ever since, but never so much as I did during lockdown. No stores, so I bought all my Christmas presents and everything I needed from them, spent so much they gave me PRIME free. Love Prime. Just found an old movie DVD I wanted, $6 on the way right away.
Bezos at least provides a real service unlike Suckerberg and that Twitter jerk. He’s entitled to spend his money any way he wishes. ...one fun thing he’s done is hire my dermatologist’s nephew as advertising manager the minute he graduated from Seattle U. Million bucks a year. Wow.
Time for you to get beat up
They recently sent my sister in law a $1000 camera lens that she did not order and has no use for
They ended up not charging her and don’t want the lens back
As I’ve been told, the restocking cost isn’t worth Amazon’s effort, so anything returned goes right in a dumpster
Brother checking out a place to unload it

Yep, great service. I figure there is probably a very small group of ‘troublemakers’, similar to women who are on HOA boards, that are a pain in the ass for Amazon. So now they can hire lawyers and file in King County. Given that, I suspect they’ll find other companies to harass.
