Australia will deport controversial British commentator Katie Hopkins after she admitted breaching the country's quarantine rules, Australia's minister for home affairs said on Monday.
Hopkins flew into Sydney to appear on Seven Network Ltd's reality television programme Big Brother VIP, according to Australian media, but she stoked public outrage when she posted a video on Instagram joking about answering the door naked and maskless to people delivering meals while she was in hotel quarantine.
All arrivals to Australia must complete two weeks in a hotel quarantine, where people must put on a mask before meals are delivered then wait 30 seconds to collect the food to avoid transmission.

Australia has had more than a year to build healthcare facilities and train caregivers to deal with any “surge” of the China Virus.
If there is any nation which has not, it can only be concluded that the government there wants these lockdowns to continue for its own (most likely nefarious) purposes.
Hopkins used to be on Hannity’s radio show all the time.

Well, you shouldn't trust any governments. That's a good baseline.
But I think it was a legitimate question, or theory if you will, that IF you shut down transmission on an island (NZ or Iceland, for example), or on a remote Very Big Island (Australia) that you could wait it out.
Australia, NZ, and Iceland were very very successful on their own terms, having zero or near zero cases for > 1 year and normal social and economic activity.When Australia chose its course, we did not know which of these were correct.

We don’t know the reason why one country is successful. It might simply be that they had a mild virus similar to the wuhan coronavirus previously and that gave them immunity.
It might be something else.

I think it would depend on the lighting.
Or maybe because they are not letting in unscreened "refugees" and illegal aliens and transporting them all over the country.
