Well it probably couldn’t be more than 17 pages because, in all honesty, it appears that, although, there are some sort of objects flying around that seem to defy the laws of physics, the government doesn’t have any more of an idea what they are than Joe down at he local bar. Doesn’t take many pages to write “ (shrug) We dunno..” even if you pad it with government speak.
We are not being visited by extraterrestrials and never have been.

I remember doing homework on the bus on the way to school, or doing my taxes while being driven to the Post Office. The unclassified report seemed to have as much thought and effort put into it. They have had decades of sightings by commercial pilots, military men, and operators of nuclear sites. They know more than they are letting on. At the very least, they know what the unknown objects are not - not American, Chinese, Russian...
This was all a con to explain away top secret military crashes or test flights. I believe some of the video “evidence” is ball lightning.

You are absolutely correct. They are, and always have been, terrestrial (and they will probably be the end of us).
Curious how the extraterrestrial technology always advances just ahead of primitive earthlings.
You know what else is declassified? The report on Weather Underground and how they planned to use the blacks to bring in civil unrest.
Well, I won’t opine as to what these clearly-observed and decently-corroborated objects were, but I will enter into the register that God ain’t exactly from around here.
It’s just raw hubris to think we got the true nature of these things narrowed down to terrestrial origins.
This reminds me of CROP CIRCLES.
All the articles from esteemed thinkers saying how they could not possibly be man-made and a high possibly of them being created by extraterrestrials. And then two guys finally revealed how they and others were making them with simply rope and boards.

These all started showing up in earnest in the late forties and then 50’s when top secret military testing had started in earnest. WHAT A COINCIDENCE.
Ball lightening can hover and then move extremely fast in any direction. How about that, just like those UFO’s.
I will say upfront that I have not done any reading on ball lighting in decades, but I don’t recall ever reading about ball lighting being seen at sea. I will also state that I am a sceptic of the theory that UFOs are extraterrestrial technology.
The most resent video captures of UFO sightings have been by US Navy pilots and seaman.

One rare instance that was recorded - "The ball lightning changed from purple to orange to white to red before it faded"
Notice the ball lightning can changes color, JUST THE SAME as many reports of UFO sightings.
Land observer UFO sightings can be from pranksters, doing things like floating candles up in balloons or Q level aircraft. Pilot ones are I believe are either ball lightning, windshield reflections (the guy's watch or shirt button reflecting in a weird way in the cockpit, etc), or weird radar artifacts. The human mind is easily fooled into seeing/hearing what it wants to.
They know the difference between ball lightning, swamp gas, St Elmo's fire, optical illusions, equipment glitches, etc., and these so-called UFO/UAP's.
