No surprise. MLB is like my ex-wife. I love(d) her but she didn't love me. The divorce was inevitable. MLB lost me with its sympathizing with BLM and pulling the All-Star Game from Atlanta. Ciao MLB!

I thought of putting it on but opted for an old movie... in this case Breaker Morant...

Morons..... they pulled the game out of Georgia because the honest citizens there are trying to insure HONEST elections....not the ones that keep the deep state cabal in office with their hands in the cookies jars!

It turned out that fans don't want to be lectured to by ignorant pampered jocks whose salaries the fans indirectly pay. Jocks like NBA players who criticize the US as racist, chauvinistic and evil while turning a blind eye to China and all the abuses routinely carried out there. It is easy to simply shut them off.

It used to take some discipline for me to boycott professional sports. Now I’m not even interested, it’s mostly a waste of time and money.

Not surprised. Even when I was an MLB fan, I didn’t care a whole lot about the All-Star game. It was fun to see who made the team, and I always thought it should just be an imaginary team certain players got to join. Didn’t see much point in the game itself. Now that viewership for sports is down, and after the Atlanta debacle, the ratings should have sucked. I don’t even know who won as I no longer watch any sports coverage.
