Need some input concerning using Ivermectin
terart

Posted on 07/09/2021 6:43:54 PM PDT by terart

HI all, My family has all been diagnosed with Covid and all very sick.

I started everyone on the protocol by EVMS which says to take a dose on day 1 and day 3. Unfortunately, on day 6 we are all still very sick. Should I restart the Ivermectin?

It is sad that great protocols are not widespread. Doctors here are still using ventilators and sending people home until they need them.

Any ER or urgent care should be able to arrange it. Please seek medical attention. ivermectin is not the magic cure some make it out to be

...that looks like good, actionable information; except I don’t know if our interlocutor original poster will be able to monitor his own blood levels of these various things.

Do you have a link to a source about the 60 ng/ml blood levels, and/or an estimate of the oral dosing regimen to bring that about?

Please do not listen to internet advice. Please seek medical care at the nearest ER they can arrange appropriate therapy.

Zinc, vitamin C, D and turmeric pills is what my family and friends did when we caught COVID. 12 Days and it was done.

If you haven’t already, please read post #105 this thread for pertinent info on monoclonal antibodies.

(Personally, I’d use as many modalities as I could, all at once, up front; provided I knew they weren’t interfering with each other.)

Lotsa people on both sides of the Great FR Vax Chasm will be praying for you, I bet. Keep you chin up, be relentless in seeking out competent doctors & treatment, and keep us posted as you are able.

PS — if you need more mundane help (groceries, chores done, that kind of thing), are there friends/relatives nearby who can help?

As you well know LOL!

Hope this family gets the monoclonals. Though one of them fights so hard against it.”

Call one of these doctors:

My friend and his entire extended family got COVID. They all got better two days after starting the prescribed HCQ.

5000 may not be nearly enough. You want a min of 60ng/ml blood levels.

Likely too much.

Excess vitamin d reduces vitamin k. People with lower blood vitamin k are at higher risk for the wuhan coronavirus.

I’m almost sure there is no evidence that having a blood vutamin d level of 60 ng/ml to protect against the wuhan coronavirus is a good idea. Once the blood level reaches 32 ng/ml, the body starts inactivating and reducing vitamin D.

Don’t forget, President Trump said it was a miracle drug that helped him overnight

If you haven’t seen the video of him returning to the White House from the hospital, you should look it up, in just a few minutes, it makes you so proud to be an American, and what a blessing it was to have a president who wouldn’t take no from the beaurocrats, but pushed and pushed!

You need to take Vit K with D3....I aim to keep my D level between 60and 80...it is NOT too high...unless your allergic to D.

Keep this in mind if things get worse. 8 out of 10 who were super critical and couldn’t even be ventilated were discharged from the hospital in a few days.

I second that advise, as well.

It's hard to understand why doctors don't help in some form other than tell people to go home and sleep it off, but at this time, your early supportive therapy seems to have been ineffective (I've not heard of alternating days of ivermectin, for instance).

With the taste and smell now gone, you are running the risk of long-term issues. The sense loss often comes back, but a close friend of mine doesn't have his back after six months and some of his favorite foods are repulsive and he has to ask his wife and kids if he actually smells okay before going out.

If you have comorbidities, like my friend had, it's time to take it to the next level. I'm sorry it's come to that for you, but hospital care in your town won't be as bad as in NYC.

Given that Vit K is a procoagulant and that Covid causes thrombosis this is incredibly dangerous advice. I sincerely hope that the OP does not take this advice as it may be deadly.
