Rusell was 33 weeks pregnant when she died, according to the Wichita Eagle. The baby's due date was in August.
"Samantha was going to be a fantastic mother," Brandon Russell wrote on Facebook. "She always had everything planned out and ready to go. She was driven and the hardest worker I knew. She always ALWAYS knew what to say when I was going through an issue or needed advice. She was the best person to know."

Posted article is from People website (which I presume has some relationship with MSNBC). Going through the People article, there is a link to an equally evasive Wichita Eagle website article. The article does a good job of detailing the actual accident (which involved 4 cars).
The link in post #3 has full detail and pictures on the two criminals involved in her death. BTW the police pursuit had been stopped by a supervisor about a minute before the crash occurred. Driver is a black felon with offenses going back to 2004. The accomplice is a heavily tattooed Hispanic who has a 2013 conviction for sex crimes involving a child.
