I have the vaccine documents and Expect to be treated like an honored guest on my September cruise. I will file a report upon return.

Before covid I would canvas propsective sailings before booking to be sure I didn’t end up on a ‘Sodom ship’.
Then of course the way google tracks and cookies you, I had ads all over my browsing elsewhere, trying to sell me gay sailings on the high seas.
It will be a little less obvious.

BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF VACCINES:
Vaccine does NOT crate a plastic airtight bubble around you.
If you are exposed to an infected person, the virus will enter your lungs. The difference is, your body will be much better prepared to fight it. You are unlikely to get so sick as to need a ventilator in an isolated area of hospital.
Unvaccinated passenger could be symptom free when boarding, but after incubation period could get seriously sick and exude lots of virus material.
For SJ I usually go to the forts etc...I have a lifetime National Parks access card so I can go to the forts for free...4 of us can get in on my card...
So its a cheap day for me...I feed the pigeons in the Parc de la Palomas and get coffee and a Quizito from my fav local sandwich shop (Mason) and walk around the path where the cats are...
Right now the unvaxxed cant go into the ports by themselves but hopefully that will change in August...after all it is American soil...

The “Serenade of the Seas” is going go do cruises this month from Seattle to ALASKA.
I did 2 cruises on this ship in 2018 and 2019.
No complaints. Actually a good ship. I liked it.
However after reading their new protocols I would not be interested if it was a free trip. -Tom

Yeah, I figured if I signed up for a cruise I'd wind up getting screwed.
Older single women outnumber older men on most cruises. I remember meeting a lady who was a neighbor of Bob Hope. She had plenty of diamonds on her body. She never missed when waiter came by with drinks in the captains party for repeat cruisers lol.
