It is O.K. to list any known symptom of something as a possible symptom, but true diagnosis have a specific illness has to go beyond mere symptoms, whatever they are, and in the case of a virus or bacteria a specific infectious test is required. So many symptoms are common to so many different things they do not, by themselves, specify/indicate any specific illness.

I do have an 85 year old cousin who did get the Wuhan Virus last fall and his own symptom, and only ill feeling, was three days of diarrhea. A two day stay in the hospital restoring fluids, then home and no other symptoms or illness. His wife (same age) got the bug at the same time and had three days of a bad cold; that was all. Now they have their natural immunity built up.
