Her office, believably, is dysfunctional and vicious. What's more interesting is trying to figure out why the Democrats are making this a story.
Vice President Mike Pence may be in the doghouse with conservatives but no one can say there were stories that he was a bad boss or that his office was chaotic, mismanaged, or incompetent. Things are different with Kamala Harris. According to an article in Politico, Harris’s office sounds like the real-life version of Veep, the HBO political satire that focused on the stupid, self-centered, and vicious Selina Meyer, a Vice President whose office was filled with slavish gatekeepers and self-centered staff, all of whom were incompetent. The story rings true. What's more interesting is contemplating why Democrats are going after Harris.
Here are a few of the most biting paragraphs from the Politico article, which begins by discussing how Harris’s staff felt completely blindsided by her sudden announcement that she was heading for El Paso:
The handling of the border visit was the latest chaotic moment for a staff that’s quickly become mired in them. Harris’ team is experiencing low morale, porous lines of communication and diminished trust among aides and senior officials. Much of the frustration internally is directed at Tina Flournoy, Harris’ chief of staff, a veteran of Democratic politics who began working for her earlier this year.
In interviews, 22 current and former vice presidential aides, administration officials and associates of Harris and Biden described a tense and at times dour office atmosphere. Aides and allies said Flournoy, in an apparent effort to protect Harris, has instead created an insular environment where ideas are ignored or met with harsh dismissals and decisions are dragged out. Often, they said, she refuses to take responsibility for delicate issues and blames staffers for the negative results

Her staff reflects her self. She rejects all personal responsibility. Her staff reflect her refusal to accept not just blame but actual responsibility. She rejects out of hand the possibility of becoming president. GOOD MOTHER at YouTube has made her motivations clear here. Biden is the scapegoat of the Democrat party. He is eminently manipulable and without saving grace. She is, of course, easily manipulated and has no saving grace.She does not, however, want to put herself in the position of being held responsible for anything. She needs to be able to pass blame up as well as down. She would become instantly disfunctional to the point of not being able to talk if she were encumbered with the burden of the oval office. She is not tyranical as much as she is utterly narcissistic.
Not just that, but she has most woke, PC identity politics staff in history.
Interesctionallity does not work in real life and in a world where racial and identity politics are the rules of the road, everyone spends their time fighting over the power and perks of office, because that is everything that matters to them

Nazi Pelosi is Queen of the House. The VP job would be a step down for her with no guarantee she could outlive SloJoe Bidet.
My guess is they hope they can hide Joe’s decline until the mid-terms and pick up a seat in the Senate. If they do they can answer the, by then, drumbeat to dump Harris. Once Willie’s Ho is out the do, Joe Manchin is announced as the next VP. Manchin does have Presidential ambitions I’m told.
Bidet did the party no favors by promising a WOC as his VP If he got the nomination. Since Harris’s was a California seat it was safe and what other WOC did they have? Stacy Abrams?
This is all prep work for Spiro Agnewing her out of the way - they'll find something to pin on her - and install someone more reliably in the deep state camp (globalist corporatist with a touch of ChiFascism) vs just a flaming commie.
The Dem wants an open field in 2024, not an automatic promotion of VP to presidential candidate.
It is clearly evident to just about all Americans that Democrat, Joe Biden and Democrat, Kamala Harris are no more fit to be POTUS or VP, Then Howdy Doody, Buffalo Bob or, Clarabell, the clown. Our country got this way because Ex,POTUS, Barack Hussein Obama was and is so in love with himself, that he failed to develop an effective, capable, competent, bench of talented, capable, candidates who possessed executive leadership skills to lead our great nation. Biden & Harris must be removed from office by the Democrat Party...period!!! Neither can lead this great nation....end of story....case closed!!!
Sleeping one’s way to the top of California politics, failing miserably at running for president, being chosen as a running mate solely due to skin color and lack of a penis, and obtaining the second highest office in the land through blatant cheating does not exactly build solid leadership skills.
She could bring in her former Boyfriend, Gavin Newsom-Harris after his recall election. He would definitely be her “Chief of Staff”

Americans....you want to get rid of Joe Biden & Kamala Harris quickly....just show up this coming Saturday, July 3rd, 2021 at the Trump MAGA Rally being held in Sarasota, Florida. Everyone working in her office knows how she got there and none of them want to go that route with her just to climb the ladder. That makes it a dead end job.
Kamala is the Affirmative Action Vice President.
Obama was the Affirmative Action POTUS.
The major difference is that Obama was/is a charismatic personality type. He is charming. Women liked him. Liberal men liked him. Young people thought he was COOL. The Black community came out and voted for him with 110% support.
Kamala has none of those attributes. She is NOT likeable.
Married women do not like her because she slept with another woman’s husband. Young people do not think she is cool.
The Black community is indifferent to her because she is really a Canadian Indian/Jamaican. That is why she did so poor in the debates. The more you learn about her, the less you like her.
It would be impossible to remove Harris without replacing her with another POC, and maybe impossible even in that case. The uproar in response to removing the first female and POC from such high office would be deafening. What other POC would they replace her with?
If my hunch is correct Obama picked Harris early on to continue his legacy. She failed spectacularly as a candidate but Obama made sure she was picked for VP. Someone may not want her in a position to step up into the top spot. Perhaps the Stalinists are battling the Trotskyites.
