I would not say “dubious”, I actually agree with part of the ruling. Judge f’d up by allowing the prosecution to let five women testify against Crosby whose testimonies about decades old claims were dubious and prejudiced the jury. There is absolutely no way for the defense to refute their claims other than saying, “it wasn't me.” No rape kits, no hard evidence, no police reports from that time. Just a bunch of women making accusations about drugs and sex decades ago.
Do not get me wrong, I am not saying he is innocent. Just saying I prefer hard evidence to decades old accusations that cannot be proven in any substantive way.

I don’t disagree with your reasoning, especially since uncorroborated decades old accusations of sexual misconduct are right out of the Left’s playbook. But his accuser in this case wase testified and was subject to rigorous cross examination and was believed.
