You just know they’ll also blame Gov. DeSantis, acting as if it was somehow his fault. Anything to tarnish him, even where he clearly has nothing to do with the situation.
Oh yes… it’s not neglect or malfeasance … it’s Republicans or climate change…
BS
My guess is that this was caused by a combination of shoddy workmanship, materials (concrete + rebar) and the ignoring of inspection reports that would have required expensive repairs.
Probably a handful of paid-off “building inspectors” as well when it was going up.
Having done concrete inspection in a past life, many things can go wrong in a concrete pour. It could be that it sat in the mixing truck too long (curing - 90 min max), too much water added (aggregate separation), poured when the weather was too hot, windy, etc.
Everything bad that happens has got to be connected to climate change in some way.
Folks are so terrified of climate change that they are fleeing the beaches this summer and heading to the high ground...
not!
And the biden administration is already demanding a federal investigation and mobilizing NIST, FBI, etc.
Apparently everything is caused by global warming.
...and white supremacy.
The climate change drivel is being trotted out to protect the local public officials who looked the other way.
Eventually it will all be DeSantis’ fault.
You don’t wanna know what she’ll do to your bowling and mini golf scores.
I blame racism.
They can try. :-)
It was witches who were dropped off by UFO’s under orders from Elvis.
***salt air didn’t have a corrosive effect on stuff.***
I read, just a few days ago, that these condos had their concrete mixed with salty sea water and not fresh water. Wonder if this is the cause.
Since it was built forty years ago,it would have been in the last days of THE COMING ICE AGE hoax.
Is there any documentation that the seas have risen around south Florida?
Chances are really good that the steel came from China.
It had nothing to do with the leaking pool.
Ok. IF they used salt water to mix it was probably because, faced with an ice age bearing down on them, the engineers, thinking ahead, knew that the salt would melt the ice. See how easy that was? 😂🙌😲
