Just affirm that this is an awful, racist country and that you are the beneficiary of white privilege, and you can escape lengthy imprisonment for “parading” in the Capitol.
Anna Morgan-Lloyd, the 49-year-old grandmother from Indiana who strolled into the US Capitol and spent several minutes peacefully walking around, got the same message that was delivered to Chinese dissidents and “bad elements” during Mao’s Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution: confess to thought crimes, embrace the state-sanctioned ideology, and you will be shown mercy. In the case of Morgan-Lloyd, the message was delivered to her by her own defense lawyer, a public defender paid by taxpayers. And it worked. She received three years’ probation, a $500 fine, and no incarceration beyond the two days she had spent in jail following her arrest.
Julie Kelley describes at American Greatness the imposition of an ideological test on a defendant whose own lawyer was in on the brainwashing initiative:
My lawyer has given me names of books and movies to help me see what life is like for others in our country. I’ve learned that even though we live in a wonderful country things still need to improve. People of all colors should feel as safe as I do to walk down the street.”

This is one of the worst things I’ve seen yet. Essentially, the government is giving them their freedom if they come out renouncing everything they believed before, about America, about human society and about reality.
This is shameful. And nobody, none of our elected representatives, not even Trump or anybody on his team, has the stones to speak out about it and defend the rights of these prisoners.

And last night there was a thread about a governor (I forget which state) who was proposing more lenient probation (for ordinary garden variety criminals) if they would consent to being vaccinated. Essentially, the government is giving them their freedom if they agree to sign up for medical experiments.
The slippery slope on these things is very steep now, and very slippery.

They can’t imprison all conservatives. They can demand that each person renounce conservatism or else face punishment. 90% will surrender their beliefs,and the remaining 10% will have their wealth seized and be imprisoned.
They were discussing the logistics. For some reason I’d never caught that before. As he’s alive today that means there’s a plan somewhere with all the details worked out. Lefties always have a plan.

Justice in the good old USA, a 49 year old grandma gets convicted by walking in the “people’s house” protesting a fraudulent election and a coup against the POTUS. While a commie government enforcer murders a young American veteran carrying a Trump flag in cold blood and the government does not charge or identifies the murderer. Is it because the murderer is a black man, a BLM advocate, immigrant from Brazil?

In 1985, Rosenberg was convicted for possessing hundreds of pounds of explosives. She and her organizations involved in multiple robberies, police officer assassinations, and bombings.
Rosenberg was sentenced to 58 years in prison. She spent 16-years in federal prison before being pardoned by Bill Clinton on his last day in office.
