Derek Chauvin has been sentenced to 22.5 years for murdering George Floyd. 270 months.

Reported today on our local FOX13 sentence was longer than guidelines.

The Nazi Jack Dorsey designed Twitter to rip off businesses advertising on his fake social media site, while also providing a platform for 50 IQ woke weenies.
Trump, in my opinion, should never have used Twitter for anything, other than expose it for the scam that it is. The White House had its own effective communication network that Trump could have used to sign up people for his daily messages. Trump could have destroyed the psychopath Dorsey in six months.
How? 70 million Trump supporters posting on the White House platform is formidable. Twitter has a small gang of low-IQ psychopathic weenies that a White House network of supporters could easily destroy.
Where are they going to imprison the next political prisoners’. I am positive that there will be many more the establishment isn’t done yet. Not by a long shot.

If Chauvin’s sentence was based on the value of Floyd’s life they would owe Chauvin credit back for time served.
Fortunately, the sentence is at least supposed to be based on the actual crime that the accused has been convicted of!

He shoulda got 3-5 for criminal negligence. This travesty will likely get overturned on appeal. I can’t stand the guy and he should not be a cop but it wasn’t murder.

Separating him from the general population may mean locked up 23.5 hours a day in solitary confinement, the scumbag Judge knew it all along. If a black cop did the exact same thing, not a charge would be brought.

Read an autopsy report that showed he had no neck injury but a lethal dose level of Fentanyl and the corresponding massive pulmonary edema that a Fentanyl overdose causes.

I was responding someone’s comment that Chauvin’s sentence wasn’t harsh enough due to their belief that Floyd’s life was worth more than 22.5 years. My response was that IF we base Chauvin’s sentence on the value of Floyd’s life then Chauvin should serve no jail time. Floyd is a thug and a criminal. I stand by my statement.
Yes, for some dubious “civil rights violations”.
And yet, it was NOT murder.
It was death by fentanyl, with a pre-existing heart condition, but the lynch mob needed their head on a pike, so they got one.

No way to know that. And it wouldn’t have been the video that started all the crap it did. Chauvin might still be a cop, living his life, still arresting bad guys, instead of wondering how long he can survive in prison.

Every convict on the inside will know he is a cop, and he is the "one that killed George"...especially the black ones.
The minute he sets foot inside, he is a marked man. Unless they put him in solitary for his entire sentence...and maybe not even then...there's no way he'll get out alive.
My uber-lib sister was bemoaning the 'lightness' of his sentence. I mentioned to her what I wrote above. Her reply? "I hope so." One of her friends asked "Which one? Solitary or death?" She said "Either would be fine."
For being a lib, she sure is bloodthirsty...for white cops, at least.
We have enough politicians kneeling on our necks. Police can do their dangerous, difficult and often thankless jobs without the approved idiotic neck kneeling techniques.
If Chauvin had just shot the non-hero, non-martyr, drug steeped, pain-in-ass, he might have justified it or gotten less punishment. But NO he arrogantly kneeled on the dude's neck, on candid camera, with his damn sunglasses perched on his head.
I'll say this for Chauvin if a drop of blood or a hair of his head is harmed in prison, jailer to judge and everything in between should hang. The system should be held to it's own neck kneeling standards.
