Separating him from the general population may mean locked up 23.5 hours a day in solitary confinement, the scumbag Judge knew it all along. If a black cop did the exact same thing, not a charge would be brought.
Not only that, if a white cop did this to a white guy nobody would care either. Kinda sadly, I hate both sides in this case.
