Well, nutria is a KIND of tuna.
Any one who eats at subway is stupid.
“The experiment included sandwiches from three Subway shops in Los Angeles.”
The article goes on to note that other tests have confirmed tuna in the, er, tuna in different locations.
The most likely explanation is that the Subway franchisee operating those shops in LA got cheap and didn’t want to actually pay for tuna. Few Subways are corporate stores, almost all of them are independent franchisees and Subway doesn’t police them anywhere nearly as well as they could. Not the first time a franchisee (in general, not just Subway) has played fast and loose with ingredients to increase profit margins.
Isn’t the Pelosi Crime Family involved in the tuna industry?
Subway food is largely unfit for human consumption. In the earlier case of two women suing Subway for their tuna-free tuna, the tests revealed not only no tuna but no fish at all! I can see substituting some cheaper fish for tuna, but no fish at all?!?! What the heck is it? And Subway brazenly boasts that their tuna is sustainably and mercifully harvested!
Did they check for chicken?
Anyone who still eats at subway needs serious help.
Well it was hauled in and delivered by a Tuna boat so it must be tuna... lol
Compared to other Subway meat, the Tuna appeared to be the only actual meat. Seems my instincts were off. One of these days we will wake up and find Bill Gates’ prognostications of a “Meatless America” has already been implemented…long ago…
“You could eligible for compensation”?
Whatever it was it tasted fine and it’s too late to test it now. Haven’t eaten in one for years, wonder when this started.
It’s some experimental biomatter grown in a lab in CHY- NA - like the Covid vax
I have gotten violently ill three times after eating at Subway, I will never eat there again. Does not surprise me that t h e i r food is fake....
Who the hell eats Tuna Sandwiches from Subway or any other Sandwich Shop for that matter?
I can buy a can of Tuna for $.80 and a Hoagie Roll for $.50.
Add some Mayo, a little Mustard and you are good to go.
When I buy a Deli Sandwich, it had better be piled high with all sorts of meaty deliciousness.
Subway’s breakfast sandwiches are quite tasty, with the steak, veggies, and white cheese. YUM!
I will need to try this “tuna” thing, though. I like exotic meats.
Note: This isn’t unique to Subway.
Whenever you eat out, you’re spinning that Roulette Wheel.
I'm going to wait this one out having survived worm burger and kangaroo burger rumors.
Please don't let the analyze Jack In The Box tacos.....
It’s dolphins.
