Very careful wording. I expect someone will check out this non-profit’s financials to see if the contributions from Google were restricted to a certain purpose.

If not, then these funds were free to be used for WuHuFlu development. And even if they restricted the use of funds - that would make funds usually used for that use to be freed up for use on WuHuFlu.

It doesn't really matter if you put it into the left or the right pant's pocket - the pants still has use of both.
