Any woman who walks alone on a secluded street in proximity to a homeless camp is either woefully uninformed or obtuse.
It said in the article that she was just in Chicago to visit friends. She probably wasn’t familiar with the city, ended up close to a bad area on what is supposedly a good street, and some hate filled whack job decided that she had unwary, unarmed victim written all over her.
But of course, according to their wretched excuse for a mayor, that doesn’t mean the city is unsafe. No, not at all…
