“BTW I will need your SSN and credit card # to give you the rest of the information.... : )”

I may have been born at night but it wasn’t last night. You first :-)

they have a free plan that will let you hold up to 500 Mb. Unless you have a lot of image files or videos/music that is quite a bit of text email content. But if you keep it cleaned out it is plenty. Or you can pay a small fee and increase your capacity if you like. :)

Important note... There will be options of how you want your log in to work. I purposely chose the “username password only” option. If I lose my password then that is on me. But I did not want any of their “extra security features” they try to push. But that is up to you how you want to set it up. :)

“If you typed any passwords, you need to change them immediately.”

How do you change your password if you are locked out?

As a sidenote, I received Saturday a text that my debit account had been frozen at a bank I don’t do business with.

He wasn’t locked out, he had clicked on a phishing link that was trying to get him to enter his password so they could hijack his email account and change the passwords to his bank accounts and steal all his money.

If you read further down the thread, when he went directly to Yahoo.com he was able to log in before his account was hijacked and he was indeed locked out.

Oh that sounds bad. But not as bad as being told your car warranty has expired.

I think you’re simply paying the price for ‘free’ email accounts. If you think free email accounts are free, you’re dreaming.

How ‘bout you say screw Yahoo and get a real email server. FWIW, I have been using Earthlink for years without a single hiccup. $8.95 a month.

Nope—the absolute worst is the 36 “this is your LAST CHANCE” notifications.
