Endless hours spent on virtue-signaling, coupled with a complete disregard for the fact that at least half the workforce might be Trump-supporters.
I work for a woke company, and it is an alternate universe. Employees of woke corporations are exposed to the woke narratives every single day. It's as close to brainwashing as I could ever have imagined. I now understand how Millennials have become militant social justice warriors, for they are accustomed to the constant narratives and take them as righteous and true.
Presently, because June is Pride Month, the company communications include rainbow banners proclaiming our support of gay pride and gay "marriage." Gays get a whole month of our attention, in a way. I say "in a way" because we do not change any of our actions, but we are still lauded for being inclusive.
A couple of months ago, the messaging supported transgenderism and other "isms" that were new to me. Before the isms, it was months of the false racist theme of police killing blacks. Management went about apologizing for being white racists. Blacks were encouraged to share their victimhood.
The focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion has stolen untold hours of company time from actual work performed. The DEI narrative is so one-sided that it is completely the opposite of standing for diversity and inclusiveness. Yet more and more corporations like mine are conforming to wokeness with new D&I departments.
For me, the line was crossed when our communications director stated that the worst day in our country's history was the January 6 Capitol "insurrection." Our communications director said this even though everyone in corporate management must realize that Trump-supporters are in their midst and in big numbers.

It also remind employees to distrust senior management on real business decisions because if they're willing to promote this defective thinking, what else are they getting wrong or not doing at all?
Great post—it is stunning how many large corporations have federal or state .gov as customers—and I agree this drives a lot of the insanity.

Celebrating and honoring faggotry is ridiculous. They should be glad that, unlike the old days, beating them up is no longer considered recreation.
Its the same here. I work for a very large bank. We had a meeting where they went on an on about being an “ally” and spoke of “diversity” and blah blah blah. I had to be online and in the meeting at that time but just muted that worthless crap.

Unimaginable that police arrest some people over 40 times and they’re still walking the streets. If they cannot respect our laws, they don’t deserve freedom. Lock them in a cage.

I sure haven’t. And it bothers me a good deal. I would never do that to my employees. Never. I didn’t expect it.
I have a fair amount of contempt for this holiday.
If someone proposed September 22 as a national holiday the date the Emancipation Proclamation was issued by President Lincoln, I doubt I would object.
But “Juneteenth”? I have zero problem with Texas making it a holiday, but a National Holiday? And naming it “Juneteenth”? I just don’t see how this affected anyone outside Texas or why the freeing of the slaves in Texas was more important than any other state’s actions. But it does come with a built in BBQ tradition, and I am sure that counts as a plus to many.
The day simply reeks of pandering. The same people who pushed this as a holiday are the same people who run cities like Chicago and Baltimore where blacks are being slaughtered.
Crime and racial strife are tools for the Left, and they coldly use them with effect.
They have to have somewhere to put all these people with worthless “Grievance Studies” to work I guess.
I've been doing the same thing! Never use the language of the Left. You know they probably arranged the letters just to get the "right" feel.

Seen a modern playground lately? Safety this and that no real fun allowed. To think I BMX'd my bike over concrete mounds with spiking rebar all over. This generation needs a "safe space" with a puppy and a military willing to trans-gender them. We're doomed for sure if we let this crap continue.
