Endless hours spent on virtue-signaling, coupled with a complete disregard for the fact that at least half the workforce might be Trump-supporters.
I work for a woke company, and it is an alternate universe. Employees of woke corporations are exposed to the woke narratives every single day. It's as close to brainwashing as I could ever have imagined. I now understand how Millennials have become militant social justice warriors, for they are accustomed to the constant narratives and take them as righteous and true.
Presently, because June is Pride Month, the company communications include rainbow banners proclaiming our support of gay pride and gay "marriage." Gays get a whole month of our attention, in a way. I say "in a way" because we do not change any of our actions, but we are still lauded for being inclusive.
A couple of months ago, the messaging supported transgenderism and other "isms" that were new to me. Before the isms, it was months of the false racist theme of police killing blacks. Management went about apologizing for being white racists. Blacks were encouraged to share their victimhood.
The focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion has stolen untold hours of company time from actual work performed. The DEI narrative is so one-sided that it is completely the opposite of standing for diversity and inclusiveness. Yet more and more corporations like mine are conforming to wokeness with new D&I departments.
For me, the line was crossed when our communications director stated that the worst day in our country's history was the January 6 Capitol "insurrection." Our communications director said this even though everyone in corporate management must realize that Trump-supporters are in their midst and in big numbers.

I couldn’t imagine working for an employer like that. I’d live under a bridge and wash windshields for spare change before I ever subjected myself to that sh!t.
It would be great to take over the House and Senate in 2022, but if we don't purge every toxic RINOs in the state legislatures who must face a primary in 2022, the Dems will steal the WH again in 2024.
If we look deeply into all this, lawyers destroyed our nation. We wouldn’t put up with all this bs if not for lawyers.

Nor does anyone in power seem to care these fairy tale “victims” do less useful work.
If you are a patriot and work at a woke company, simply become like a virus and take as much from the company as possible while giving back as little as possible.
Be prepared for the day you will be fired since it will happen, then join another company. If that one is woke, then just repeat the virus process.

This goes way beyond government. This idiocy in the corporate world is all self-imposed.
"Human Resources" is the problem. I would love to see companies tear the HR department out by the roots and return to having a personnel office in charge of hiring, firing, insurance contracts and making sure the right people get the right payroll checks. If they hang up a poster anywhere the whole department gets fired and the new personnel department is told what happened to the last one.

I would implement sabotage and quirky annoying pranks like leaving non-politically correct messages all over the place, and invoking BLM propaganda until even woke asses get sick of it.

I work for one, disgusting how it is spreading amongst the management. Fortunately, most all of my coworkers aren’t buying into their filth and immorality. All the major airlines have been corrupted, I was told personally the LGBTQRST groups are the wealthiest of targeted groups, no kids, lots of money.....all the airlines ads, propaganda, and rhetoric is shameful.

The Biblical story of Lot and the way the people behaved in Sodom used to seem a bit bizarre. Not anymore......
That story is pointed to as a picture of the way the world will be when it approaches the end times.
My employer is exactly like this, and it really grates on me.
In my field of work, a lot of large organizations are merged. I have worked for this organization for decades, pretty much the only one I have ever worked at in my field, and it has been grand.
They didn’t get involved in this woke BS, and I always had the impression they were a sober, conservative company, focused on our mission. I can’t say how much I have appreciated working there, and they have treated me like gold.
We merged a few years back with another organization of roughly equals or larger size, and their leadership has taken the upper roles of management overall, so they largely control the internal “corporate” messaging.
I knew they were a decidedly Liberal organization before we merged, but since we have merged, I have discovered to my dismay, they are Leftist.
Just like the person who wrote the article, the global messaging is highly political and anti-conservative. Our leadership has sent out global emails during the Trump years, never mentioning him by name, but the anti-Trump, anti-conservative tone is evident. We just recently got two global emails about “Pride”, and that just burned me to no end.
No emails about Memorial Day, but we got two separate global emails about how important and wonderful this asinine new “Juneteenth” holiday is. It made me want to spit.
I have taken to marking these corporate emails as spam and now avoid reading all corporate emails because it makes me angry.
If I ran a large organization of any size, I would never introduce politics into the workforce. But they have, and it makes me boil. I would never do that to people. I have come to dislike the organization I work for. I focus on the mission, and that makes up for everything else because the mission is my reason for working there, but I feel a good deal of animosity towards the organizational leadership.
I am of retirement age, so I will see how it goes.
In my 30+ years of dealing with HR people of all kinds — in both my own employers and in other companies I was dealing with — I have never once dealt with a man. That probably tells the whole story right there.
