Solution: Diet and Exercise. For me, it’s beer and 12oz. curls.
“Come find me.”
Why would I do that?
There’s plenty of weaklings in my neck of the woods if I want to look at that.
I think your mouth is trying to cash a check your azz can’t back up.
Because you won’t be thin.
And thin is an undesirable state.
Ride a bike.
Low impact unless you’re a Tard and easy to regulate your heart, built in cooldown periods. After a year you Will be impressed.
You’re the angry one, having an emotional reaction to the idea of exercise.
You can come find me.
I’m in the largest town in the State of Jefferson.
Text me when you arrive and I’ll buy you a beer.
Bicycles and iron are the fountain of youth.
I hope your wallet can back that up.
I like beer.
We are living in a sci-fi dystopia where the poorest are the most likely to be fat and the richest are the most likely to be thin.
It’s a mistake to believe that the reason is that the poor eat more. If you find two people, one thin and one fat, they likely eat the same amount of calories, but the thin person eliminates more calories at rest.
I won 9 ribbons at the Western Washington state fair for my home brew.
But only 3 were first-place-blue.
I can feed you beer until you puke.
I lost 116 lbs in 3 yrs eating low carb & then Carnivore.
At age 60 I have the lipids of a 25 yr old.
My hormones are in balance. I have zero joint pain. Not had a headache since July 2018.
Meat is all most human bodies need to not just be healthy but to experience effortless daily happiness!!!
Isn't it fun hearing from the holier then thou types?
They are exactly like the Wokesters.
In fact they are the Wokesters.
And if you are not interested in their discourses they get nasty.
No kidding.
I have brewed beer in a past life. Often.
Maybe we can pass the peace pipe.

I’m 5’11”, 186 lbs., 27 BMI.
27 BMI is the number associated with the lowest risk of death.
Just hummin along over here eating as much protein as I can, avoiding as many carbs as I can, and exercising light to hard 6 days a week.
So you eat meat only? No veggies or fruits or seeds or nuts? Or beer or whiskey?
Meatloaf go this one right: "Don't be sad, cause . . ."
It’s not hard, but it does take consistent effort.
Cardio is key.
Eating after 7pm doesn’t help.
Ditto for booze and sugar.
Start slow - 200 calorie/day burn with cardio. Move it up to 500 and keep it there. At least 6 days a week.
Some will lose weight quicker than others.
Awesome job!
Don’t ever quit now.
