Get moving!
There is no good excuse to not move and take care of your brain and body.
It's spring and a lot of you have spent the last 16 months sitting on your ass eating bon bons and drinking beer.
Be better.

Yeah, I think I need a little snack, then a nap.... The good news is, I very rarely drink, and beer, almost never.

This is one of the most myopic studies I've ever seen.
For example, "...exercise has become an important lifestyle factor that may prevent or delay onset of the disease."
Exercise won't prevent jack on its own. Yahoo severely misrepresents the highlights of the study, which - in conjunction with OTHER prior research - reinforces the fact that circulation is key (BIG duh).
But exercising while in a persistent state of inflammation is analogous to bailing a leaky boat...and doing nothing about the leak.
'Normally-intelligent' people once again justifying their grant money. /s

Sounds like exercise equipment sales must be down.

I’m finding that Rowing is the most efficient. I’m doing body pump and spinning, but my water rower, kicks my butt.

Be better. This sounds too much like the liberal trope, Build Back Better.
Try harder.

As a side note, I don’t know about bon bons but Aldis does have these delicious truffles. And of course a beer selection.

Does anyone even know what Build Back Better means? What are they building back and from what? Where did whatever go that went away and needs to be brought back? And what does better mean? How do we know whatever went away will be better when it comes back? Or did some Dem loon just like the BBB alliteration?
