“We have been holding night exercises on a regular basis recently, which usually continues until early the next day,” People’s Liberation Army Col. Jiang Feng said of the Tuesday drills, according to regional media. "We often change training grounds, striking targets, and launch bases without prior notice to test the troops’ skills and pave the way for the brigade to fight and be able to fight at any time.”
Chinese state media reportedly released footage of the DF-26 missiles, known as “carrier killers.” The display comes on the heels of “amphibious landing drills” that state media linked to the arrival in Taiwan of a bipartisan Senate delegation. In tandem, the drills call attention to Chinese preparations to invade the island democracy and combat U.S. forces that might attempt to intervene to defend Taiwan.
“If anyone dares to separate Taiwan island from China, the Chinese People’s Liberation Army will give it a head-on strike and firmly defend national reunification and territorial integrity at all costs,” Chinese Defense Ministry spokesman Wu Qian said Tuesday, when the missile test reportedly took place.

Why would the start a fighting war when they can just buy our politicians?
Good question, 28 hours is probably something that someone just pulled out of their ass.
If one were to speculate, one might say something about assets on Diego Garcia, Guam, and also the 7th fleet and all those boomer subs. 14 hours? See, I can do it too.
But that would all be contingent upon an American CIC who isn’t owned by the enemy.

What we are ABLE to do, is not the same as what we actually WILL do. While China goes after Taiwan, Beijing Biden will be explaining what danger we are in from Russia Russia Russia, and twiddling his thumbs while the world burns down. Unless there are any patriots left in high levels in our armed forces who might actually do something about it.

We may be their best market, but there are plenty of other markets for them all over the world that don’t have the potential to cause them as much harm as we potentially could. With the US removed or neutralized they wouldn’t hesitate to advance themselves into world superpower status immediately. I don’t think they will hesitate for one minute to try to take us out once they feel assured they could be successful.

When you consider the vast number of soldiers China could rise, and not only the number but the quality of the soldier that the US could come up with.. Well, I sure hate to say it, but I think it may be a very short war...
I say this because, from what I've seen and heard of late, most of our young men, (Thanks to the teachers union) in their late teens to early 20's are soy boys that seem to hate the USA a lot more then they hate the commies..
At least, that's what we're told by the media.. But the media lies like dogs.. So, who knows, maybe we're tougher then we think we are...
