Not sure, but I assume that picture was taken in China somewhere. I think it was when they were doing a military parade I believe

Was just wondering since the name on the side uses English alphabet, but signs on road were Chinese. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DF-26 So did find this but was surprised they actually write it out in English letters and numerals.
