This has become common in every single host I listen to, in this new age of talk radio. Where the studio and even chair the host sits in are sponsored. with 20+ minutes of commercials. With 2-3 minutes of commercials IN the show itself (live reads). With callers getting older, slower, dumber. and the newer ones just don’t have the “there” there. NO good conversation. Most women callers suck. Half the men do. Egos reign supreme, and sometimes certain hosts spend more time showing how clever they are to the guest than letting them speak. Talk radio is dead, they just don’t know it yet.

I totally doubt he reads FR. Recall that was on Twitter first, from the First Lady’s own account....and it was retweeted and made fun of everywhere.
Hannity & Colmes was great - this clip with Ann Coulter saying she'd campaign for Hillary if she was against McCain is political/comedy gold. Sean thrived with Alan; Sean alone is a tough act to watch/hear.
That's said, Hannity was perhaps THE FIRST "conservative" commentator to get on the Trump Train with no remorse or apology whatsoever. When Rush was being snarky about Trump and Levin was outright hostile, Hannity was putting Trump on his show and standing by him when others (present company included) were for Cruz or Carson. It is plausible, given how Trump beat Hillary by about 78k votes (the collective margin in PA, MI, and WI), that Hannity's early enthusiasm vs Rush and Levin's demeanor helped seal that deal.
For that alone, while I detest Hannity's talk-over-everyone style, the man deserves our respect. Sean, if you're reading this, thank you and God bless you.

Rush’s brother had an account going back to the late 90’s.
It used to be not uncommon to post something and later have Rush or others talk about it.
Yes, I believe Hannity was either a FReeper, or at least he lurked here.
He was afflicted with a serious case of butthurt because he felt FReepers were insufficiently respectful of his talents, and as I recall, he did some on-air rants on the topic. He referred to FReepers as “FReeps”.
He hasn’t changed a bit since then.
Rush came to Free Republic quite often.
Heck, he was reading the daily Rush thread and called out the lady here who posted it for the day. This was just two or three years ago.
I know I added to his butt hurt.
I would think Hannity or at least his producers glean information and hot topics from FR. Would make sense and it’s free.
Hannity reads free republic articles if they are about him.

They exist for Wallace to blow up the Conservative in the Presidential Debates.
And they only say, I like Chris Wallace. It is Hannity that burned his integrity.
Yet there is no posting history of him. I suppose that was an arrangement between he and JimRob.
Hannity could pop in view some good food threads now and then courtesy of mylife.
Or lots of threads that start with Boom or Tick Tock. No, those are Hannity threads. Or Jimmy Hofta threads.
