An “influencer” surgeon with millions of followers on social media is calling out the medical community over what he views as painful myths about breast implants.
For some, having their chest augmented is a dream come true. For others, that dream slowly becomes a nightmare — in the form of a mysterious sickness dubbed “breast implant illness” (BII).
Now, Dr. Anthony Youn, a Detroit-based plastic surgeon with a following of 4.6 million on TikTok, is making his stance known in the contentious debate over an illness that some doctors say doesn’t exist.

I like real ones myself. The feel and move properly.
Don’t see how installing plastics in your body could be risk free.
Yeah, the fake ones look good. The real ones are better. Even the small ones.
I must suffer from that. It makes me sick to see a perfectly nice looking woman get a boob job and waste all of that money...
I need to do more research to be sure.
I say putting fake anything into one’s body can have negative impacts but I am just a keyboard pontificator.
FWIW.....I think they have gotten a bit safer. My sis decided on the new silicon ones. But she had a double mastectomy due to cancer.
I’d be tempted to do the same. Not interested in “self improvement” like that but reconstructive would be a consideration.

I have seen pictures of what breast implants look like when removed after 10 years.
Looks like a REALLY gory zombie movie parts.
The body does NOT like soft things implanted. It attacks them like a large virus.

I am not familiar with the phenomenon, having been married for quite some time with no cheating and no bolt-ons.
But a friend who’s been on the market following a divorce assures me that if you can touch them, they are real.
What GOOD is this article without photos Ha-ha!
Just the next big lawsuit gearing up now that millions of boobs have been installed. Time is ripe for sticking to the insurance companies.
