This week much has been made of the thousands of emails to and from Dr. Anthony Fauci. These were obtained as a result of Freedom of Information Act requests. In my view, it’s not only that the emails prove what we all knew -- Dr. Fauci is a phony -- it’s the enormous national security failure and coverup that should concern us.
The Fauci Emails
There’s a caveat from Dr. Jeffrey Satinover on the emails:
1. Almost ALL of the emails are from others to Fauci with his reply. There are very few, if any (I will have to review) initiated by him. It is very unlikely this represents his full correspondence using his official NIH address.
2. The rough per-day number of emails in Jan and Feb, then May, greatly exceeds March and April.
3. A very large proportion of text with what looks to me likely to be scientific detail, in others’ comments to Fauci, has been blocked.
4. The largest proportion consists of requests to Fauci to speak either at scientific conferences or on major media television programs. Strikingly:
(a) Fauci refuses almost every invite in a medical or scientific setting
(b) Fauci accepts almost every invite to go on TV
5. The most striking feature by far, so far, is this: Fauci’s responses are utterly devoid of either scientific curiosity or depth. He shows no evidence in these pages at least, of anything but the most superficial familiarity with viral illnesses. Whenever someone proposes a helpful idea, he hands it off to a deputy to respond. He is temperate to the point of vacuity.

Few emails were originated by Fauci. Likely another leftist using a private email address to avoid Freedom of Information Act requests. When government officials do this it shows they know full well that what they are doing is wrong and probably illegal. I bet his private emails got lost the same way that Hillary’s did!

It’s possible that someone his age simply didn’t use e-mail for initiating communications very often.
Sorry, but I only see the stupidity of our side on display here.
Sure, there are emails and innuendoes, but nothing concrete.
We know Fauci is a fraud and supportive of the communists.
But nothing will come from this.
There will be an “investigation” and both Fauci and China will be cleared. Maybe some people did bad things without “INTENDING” to do bad things, just like Hillary.
Fauci is a loyal member of the communist party in good standing. He has supported the dictates from the politburo and will be protected.
Finally, let’s have a dose of reality here....all this took place under Trump’s watch. There was no more important issue over that last year of his term and he seems to have just handed it off. If there was evidence that China was behind the virus, Trump should have been eager to prove it because it would help his trade negotiations tremendously.
Instead, Trump allowed Fauci to just be a fraud working to undermine Trump while he followed the dictates of the politburo.
It was the American politburo that told Fauci to change on masks, to oppose treatments and to politicize the issue. They pulled his strings and, as a loyal party member in good standing, Fauci complied.
Make no mistake. We are living under communism today. Most still cling to this childish fantasy that all will be revealed and the bad guys rounded up with order restored.
That is not going to happen. That is not how life works. That is how entertainment works. Entertainment that has brainwashed you into believing some miracle (Q, Durham, etc) is going to occur and fix everything.
We are heading into generations of darkness and misery as a planet.

Trump’s biggest mistake is that he did not clean house at the top 3 to 4 levels of government and put in people who would clean house of the rest of their organizations.
First, the rules do not allow a POTUS to make such deep changes in personnel.
Second, the people who were recommended to him were tainted. Look at how many cabinet officials he had to fire because they were loyal communist party members parading as Republicans.
Trump's best picks were from outside DC and politics and not from people advising him with long political careers.
Communists eat their own with clocklike regularity, if it is deemed to be in the "interests of the party", which is to say, the interests of whomever is in power at the time.

Yes, they will throw sacrifices out there to create the appearance of "justice". But once they have full control, then they only eat their own for entertainment.

So, instead of what we have heard until now, that the ban on gain-on-function research was lifted by President Trump's administration it was lifted eleven days(!!) prior to the inauguration by the previous administration.
Yes, one certainly gets the sense that a dam the size of Three Gorges on the Yangtze River is about to blow. And if there is one person the Left will protect to the last it is Obama.
He wasn’t making a lot of sense and it looked like he was riding a wave of consensus mixed with political considerations. Never suspected that he was turning down scientific events in favor of being on the tv 24/7. I wonder how many opportunities were missed as a result to get this thing under control? Well, at least we got a vaccine in record time.
You do not rise to the top of a bureaucracy through scientific rigor.
You rise by courting favor, inside politics, and delivering what the power structure wants.
