Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

I know that you know the answer, but I will take a guess. In a bad inflationary or collapsing economy, real property (commodities, land/houses, barter items) maintain their value. OTOH, owning debt is a disaster.

Yep! They do that if you pay cash too. Never ever tell them you’re paying cash or they WILL increase the price.

This has some truth. However, what they often do, is wait for the economic collapse to hit, and then buy up the homes for pennies on the dollar.
The fact that they are doing this now — must have some additional motivation — and to take a whole neighborhood—that happens when they know of some “future project” that is going to be even more profitable than just a regular transaction.
So I don’t KNOW, but I ponder various scenarios.
I noticed it was reported that Russia is now divesting of all dollars, and will no longer accept dollars as payment for it’s products/oil etc. Euro, Yuan, Ruble(RUB), but no USD. They also have stockpiled a lot of Gold-as have most of the Central Banks these last few years.

I think we can ascertain the 'cure'. Actually two cures: slavery and fffffft! Each has been tried variously - with dangerous results.
The last 2 vehicles I purchased, I did the loan thing through the dealer, got the “5000 back” money, then paid off the loan immediately. So I paid a few dollars in interest, got some Cash back, dealer got to sell a loan, everyone is happy.
Yeah, we have lowered our expectations, haven’t we?

I have heard also. Rejecting the dollar and buying gold serves two purposes: suppress the dollar as the world's reserve currency AND obtaining real property, as I said. What lends credibility to this is that the Yuan is as worthless - or more so - than the dollar. Owning gold seems to just be 'hedging your bet'.
Russia will accept the Yuan and China will accept the Ruble - both of questionable currency competitive value; it looks to me that the dollar is beginning to slide... certainly against the Euro, the Yen and the Pound Sterling.
Democrats invited former children’s science TV show host Bill Nye to a House Homeland Security subcommittee to testify about climate change and how to introduce policies to “change the world.”
Nye likened the effort needed to combat climate change to that of the United States’ effort during World War II. He advocated for more government involvement, including regulating greenhouse gas emissions and investing in nuclear energy.
